Celebrating National Pollinator Week!

National Pollinator Week is June 17 – 23, 2019. It’s a great time to remind ourselves how important pollinators are to the foods we enjoy on our table every day.  As many native plant habitats are shrinking or disappearing altogether, supporting pollinators in our home gardens becomes even more important. There are some great sites for gathering information on pollinators & how to support them. There are a few links below to get you started.

Thanks for turning out!

We enjoyed being with all the folks who turned out to hear Rand’s 2 soldout seminars on Saturday, January 26, 2019, at River Valley HP. Thanks to Kevin Grisham and a host of other River Valley employees who made us welcome. We had a great time with friends old & new. There are other great speakers coming up & we recommend you keep an eye on the River Valley Facebook page for updates!
